Charlottetown is home to 141,000 of Canada's friendliest people. It's the Capital of Prince Edward Island, smallest province of Canada and home of Confederation.

There is much to see and do in our city and province when you and your guests are visiting. Our scenic backdrop is breathtaking no matter where you are on the island and you can sightsee via foot, car, boat, or bike. It really isn't a trip to the east coast until you felt sand between your toes and breathed in some lovely salt air. Be sure to visit any one or our world renowned beaches — and know that at any point in PEI, you are never more than 16 Km away from the ocean!

In the city of Charlottetown, visit one of our many galleries and museums. Take in a theatrical or artistic show at the Confederation Centre of the Arts or jump on a deep sea fishing vessel and explore the ocean playland.

Walking distance from the venue hotel, tour Olde Charlottetown which is full of world renowned crafters and artisans and the cuisine is a seafood lover's dream come true.

For joggers and nature-lovers, enjoy the view along the harbour just a few minutes' walk from the Hotel in Victoria Park, or plan to extend your stay and ride the Confederation Trail — a 470 km recreational rail trail system that brings you all the way around the island.

Prince Edward Island is a family destination and a dream come true for the avid golfers as we are proud to be considered "Canada's #1 Golf Destination". Come for the competition, but stay and visit. We look forward to welcoming you!
